Beertone
Just stumbled on Beertone, a beer color reference guide. Great blend of two things I love: beer and design!
“Respect the Cans” Beer Infographic
http://respectthecans.com/cans.jpg
Very nice! Loving this infographic and the movement towards cans over bottles for beer.
It’s the little things.
When I came by the Creative Market launch page, the first thing that struck me was the fantastic attention to detail:
I love the logo. The small cuts/indentations along the edges blend perfectly with the wood theme — instead of looking just like it’s on top of the background, it complements the background. It really does evoke “handcrafted.” I also really love the kerning between the “t” and the “i.” Also, those staples? Those are some nice staples.
It’s all about the little details.

Really nice NBA team logo redesigns by Michael Weinstein
These are really fantastic. I think my favorites are the Golden State Warriors and the Brooklyn Nets. Definitely like them more than the originals!
(Also — it’s always interesting finding something cool a while after it was posted. Or maybe I’m just always late to the party.)
UI Stencils
Super cute UI stencils! I love the iPad/iPhone sketch pads. These are great for wireframing.
I love the when beer meets design.
I love finding well designed beer labels and packaging. Better yet, I love finding sites that find them for me! Oh Beautiful Beer is a simple, well-designed tumblr style image blog that “celebrates remarkable graphic design from the world of beer.”
